Description

Tricab Pre-Assembled ALIFLEX® - Flexible, Aluminium cable leads are an innovative alternative to traditional copper cable solutions. They bring together ALIFLEX® Aluminium cables with Bi-metallic B20 connectors to form an integration-tested, third-party certified, complete system.

Pre-assembled leads simplify the process of installation and eliminate the need for 60 Tonne Crimpers and dies on site.

CUSTOM LENGTHS, STUD HOLES, AND SIZES ARE AVAILABLE.

ALIFLEX® Cables

ALIFLEX® Cables are manufactured through Fine Wire technology from 0.5mm EC1350 Grade AL wire. This allows a bending radius of 4 X the nominal cable diameter, which is comparable to flexible copper cables. They are also lightweight and therefore easier to handle.

ALIFLEX® Bi-Metallic Lugs

TriCab Bi-Metallic lugs are specifically designed to terminate Tricab flexible Aluminium cables without the need for Copper Tails or Reducing Links.

They are manufactured using a friction welding process that provides immunity to galvanic carrion between dissimilar metals.
